Implementation of the 《Suspending and Terminating the Listings of Loss-making Listed Companies Implementing Procedures (Revised)》 Supplementary Provisions
The following Supplementary Provisions in respect of the issues regarding the implementation of the are formulated in order to protect the lawful rights and interests of investors:
1. Where a company has posted consecutive losses for the most recent two years as a result of retrospective adjustment made by the company on its own initiative or by order to its financial and accounting reports for the previous year(s) due to material accounting errors or false records in the reports, if the company continues to post losses for the year in which such retrospective adjustment was made, the stock exchange shall, within 10 working days of the date of publication of the company’s annual report, render a decision to suspend the listing of the company’s shares.

Administration of Foreign-invested Books, Newspapers and Periodicals Distribution Enterprises Procedures (Revised)
Article 1 These Procedures have been formulated in accordance with laws and regulations such as the PRC, Sino-foreign Equity Joint Venture Law, the PRC, Sino-foreign Co-operative Joint Venture Law, the PRC, Wholly Foreign-owned Enterprise Law and the Administration of Publishing Regulations in order to further foreign exchange and cooperation and strengthen the administration of foreign-invested books, newspapers and periodicals distribution enterprises.
Article 2 These Procedures shall apply to foreign-invested books, newspapers and periodicals distribution enterprises established within the PRC.
For the purposes of these Procedures, the term “books, newspapers and periodicals” shall refer to the books, newspapers and periodicals published by the publishing work units approved by the publishing administrative department of the State Council.
For the purposes of these Procedures, the term “distribution business” shall refer to the wholesale and retail of books, newspapers and periodicals.

Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools

Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-Run Schools for the purposes of standardizing Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, strengthening international exchange and cooperation in the field of education and promoting the development of the educational cause.
Article 2 These Regulations apply to the activities of the cooperation between foreign educational institutions and Chinese educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as Chinese and foreign cooperators in running schools) in establishing educational institutions (hereinafter referred to as Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools) within the territory of China to provide education service mainly to Chinese citizens.
