Duty Free of Interest Tax of Fund of Individual Securities Account
Approved by State Council， the Ministry of Finance & the State Administration of Taxation decided to allow duty free of individual income tax to the interest income of settlement fund of stock exchange gained by the individual investors in the securities market since Oct. 9th， 2008. The interest income of settlement fund of stock exchange during the adjustment refers to the interest income bred from the fund in the account of stock exchange deposited by individual investors.
